Meet the Team

  • Kevin Luchmun

    FOUNDER

    Kevin Luchmun is an award-winning men’s hairdresser, barber and photographer with over 24 years’ experience. A two-time British Hairdressing Awards Men’s Hairdresser of the Year, including 2024, his work has featured in Men’s Health and Esquire. Formerly International Art Director at Toni & Guy, he now leads the Andis International Artistic Team. As founder of Luchmun Studios, Kevin combines traditional barbering, modern hairdressing and fashion-led creativity to elevate men’s grooming worldwide.

  • Roxanne Batt

    Manager

    Originally from South Africa, Roxanne brings 14 years of hairdressing and barbering experience to Luchmun Studios. After completing her apprenticeship at Carlton Hair in Cape Town, she discovered her passion for barbering and went on to win competitions, become an educator and run her own barbershop. Since moving to England, she has worked on major industry stages, including Salon International, building a reputation for precision, creativity and dedication to her craft.

  • Connor Chesterton

    Senior Stylist

    Connor Chesterton brings 19 years of industry experience to Luchmun Studios and was the first barber to join Kevin in December 2024. Originally trained as a hairdresser, he developed his craft around the world before mastering Afro barbering, working in a traditional Italian barbershop and teaching in academies and colleges. Known for his style, personality and precision, Connor combines creativity with exceptional attention to detail in every haircut.

  • Kyle Thompson

    Senior Stylist

    With 10 years of experience, KT has developed his craft around the world, refining a sharp and distinctive approach to barbering. Specialising in precision fades and seamless tapers, his work is clean, consistent and carefully detailed. Passionate about maintaining the highest standards, KT brings experience, dedication and technical skill to every client at Luchmun Studios.

  • Joe Mills

    Stylist

    Joe Mills began his barbering journey while still in college, quickly showing natural talent and dedication. Since joining Luchmun Studios, he has been trained and mentored by some of the country’s leading barbers, including Kevin Luchmun. Now cutting four days a week, Joe continues to refine his technique and develop his own style. Focused and ambitious, his goal is to build a loyal clientele while growing as a modern barber.

  • Tommy Shipton

    Junior Stylist

    Tommy Shipton recently completed his Level 2 qualification in barbering and has been part of Luchmun Studios for the past year, working Saturdays alongside the team. He is now joining the studio full-time, assisting and shadowing its experienced barbers while continuing to develop his skills. Eager to learn, highly motivated and committed to succeeding within the industry, Tommy is an exciting young talent with a bright future ahead of him.
